TARIFF SALES CONDITIONS

The customer is reminded, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.
2. The sales conditions of the reserved rate specify the cancellation and/or modification terms of the reservation.
3. Reservations with prepayment cannot be modified and/or canceled. The amounts paid in advance, such as deposits, will not be refunded. In this case, this is mentioned in the sales conditions of the reserved rate.
4. When the sales conditions of the reserved rate allow it:

  • the cancellation of the reservation can be done directly on the Site or mobile Services through the "Consult or cancel your reservation" section;
  • the modification of the reservation can be made directly with the hotel, whose telephone details are specified on the reservation confirmation sent by email.

5. In the event of the customer interrupting their stay, the full agreed price will be collected. In the case of a reservation with prepayment, no refund will be granted as a result.
6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer must vacate the room by 12.00 noon on the day of the end of the reservation. Failing that, they will be charged an additional night.
7. Any reservation is nominative and cannot be transferred to a third party, whether for free or for consideration, or for commercial purposes. For any complaint relating to a hotel reservation, the hotel team is at your disposal.
