From September 15 to 28, the Upside-Down Dinner takes over the restaurant at Hôtel des Grands Voyageurs and invites you into a universe where indulgence becomes play.

 

Between September 15 and 28, Hôtel des Grands Voyageurs opens the doors to a world where gastronomy takes a playful twist.
Two complementary and creative talents join forces:

Benoît Ayissi, an inspired chef and virtuoso of a plant-based, local, and imaginative cuisine at Hôtel des Grands Voyageurs.

Jérémy Del Val, a passionate pastry chef who loves to push boundaries, and holder of the title Champion of France in Dessert.

 

 

A journey of flavors

Together, they craft a 4-course menu where sweet and savory intertwine with daring originality:

- An amuse-bouche styled as a café gourmand… but savory.

- A fish starter with the soul of a dessert.

- And to conclude this journey: a caviar dessert, created in collaboration with Maison Kaviari — the true signature of this experimental and luxurious menu.

Each dish will be elevated by refined food & drink pairings, curated by the hotel’s bar team and the champagne house Telmont.
