Discover inventive twists on timeless favourite cocktails, as well as a tempting selection of wine, bubbles, and spirits in the company of locals.
Sharp by day and sultry by night, the counter is the perfect place to meet, greet, or simply enjoy the pleasure of one’s own company.
The hotel bar is open every day, from 7a.m. to 11p.m.

Once night falls, join us at Poppy, where fun and intimacy are always on the agenda. With its speakeasy atmosphere, this semi-secret bar is the place where guests and locals come together to enjoy exquisite cocktails inspired by plants with a somewhat mysterious past, all under the watchful eye of original lithographs by the renowned modernist Marc Chagall.
Open from Thursday to Saturday, 9 PM to 2 AM.
Available for privatization throughout the week.
